Whoever thought Serendipity 3's $1000 Golden Opulence Sundae was a bit much should check out the $35,000 dessert from chef Marc Guibert of Lindeth Howe Country House Hotel in England's Lake District. Apparently the chocolate pudding — made from high-end chocolate, gold, caviar, and, why not, a two-carat diamond — aims to be the world's most expensive dessert. [Eater National]
