This November, Dominique Ansel, the pastry chef at Daniel for years, will open Dominique Ansel Bakery, a 2,500 square foot space serving savory offerings (soups, salads, sandwiches) in addition to specialty chocolates and cakes, at 189 Spring St. They'll seat 25 inside and another 25 in a glassed in "greenhouse" space.
