On last night's episode of Top Chef Just Desserts, the contestants had to make pies for Francois Payard using only one hand, and then prepare an elevated carnival dessert for Dana Cowin. The episode featured some particularly horrendous looking creations, like an angel food cake "burger" with churro "fries."
