siren.gifFirst, it took 14th Street by storm. Now, IHOP is ready to invade the Limelight Marketplace, the former church and current shopping center that already boasts Todd English's CrossBar. The Real Deal reports that the new pancake house will take over parts of both the first and the second floors of the space, and that English's restaurant and Grimaldi's pizzeria will not be affected by the move.

Apparently, the 14th street location is doing great business, and we can expect many, many more IHOPs in NYC in the near future. The Limelight location should open sometime next year.
