Robert Simonson reports that when Times Square watering hole The Rum House reopens under the ownership of the Ward III crew, it will be better than ever. They've added a beautiful tile floor, red leather panels along the bar, new tables and seating, and they've repaired the old bar and cleaned the chandelier. They'll also keep the piano bar motif by adding a new upright piano. Click through for plywood shots. [Off the Presses]
