Two restaurateurs take to the blogs today to tell their tales of woe. Julian Niccolini of the Four Seasons says the 27th was the first time he's ever had to close the restaurant due to weather. Meanwhile Bruce Buschel out in the Hamptons is grappling with the question of whether or not he should fire an employee who turned up for work soused, also during the blizzard.
