Pranna, the large Southeast Asian restaurant on Madison and 28th may now hold the record for highest chef turnover in such a short lifespan. The restaurant opened in late 2008 with Chai Trivedi and soon went through chefs Gavin Portsmouth and Gerald Drummond. Now, latest chef Keith Kornfeld is stepping into a "consulting" role while Toshi Nukui takes the reins. Update: Per the restaurant's reps, Gerald Drummond was in talks but he never came onboard.
