WILLIAMSBURG—Tomorrow, month-old Williamsburg wine, cheese, and meat bar Tuffet will launch daytime hours. They'll open at noon every day serving the regular menu of meat and cheese in addition to Gimme coffee and a $6 glass of wine (until 6). And they'll open the back lounge to laptop use.
