Fedora Scheduled to Open to the Public This Thursday

The new, Gabe Stulman-owned version of New York City old timer Fedora will open to the public this Thursday, according to The Feast. The gas is on, chef and Au Pied de Cochon alum Mehdi Brunet-Benkritly is working on a slew of new dishes, and the finishing touches are being added to the decor, including final pieces of art and furniture. The old Fedora, which closed last summer, still ranks high on the nostalgia bloggers' lists of major losses in 2010, but there comes a time to move on.
