Think all celebs spent their New Years in New York at high end restaurants or making paid performances at overpriced clubs? Think again. According to a tipster on the scene, Lady Gaga, herself a newly minted restaurant investor on the Upper West Side, spent her New Year's Eve at the newly opened and none too buzzed about casual tapas place Caliu over the West Village. Of course she dined there with an entourage 23 people including her bodyguards, didn't eat much, and wore a dress with a long tail. But still, pretty low key.
