1) Greenpoint: Will Femia gets a new photo of Spritzenhaus, the new Greenpoint restaurant from the owners of Spitzer's Corner. It looks like the windows are going to be able to fold up and open all the way like an awning. [PLYWOOD]

2) Midtown: The Observer learns that Buffa, the cheesemaker that owns Obika in Midtown, is opening a new location to Third Avenue between 50th and 51st. [PLYWOOD]

3) Lower East Side: Crain's reports that Landbrot, a new German bread purveyor, plans to open the first of two Manhattan locations at 185 Orchard St., between East Houston and Rivington streets. They should be open within the next three months, and will follow the debut with a larger flagship location at 137 Seventh Ave. [PRE-PLYWOOD]
4) Lower East Side: Bowery Boogie reports that Lucky's Famous Burgers is moving into the old Mario's Pizza place on East Houston St. [PLYWOOD]

5) Harlem: Harlem Condo Life learns that a restaurant called Lido will go into the old Frizzante space on the corner of Frederick Douglass Boulevard and 117th Street. [PLYWOOD]

6) East Village: EV Grieve hears that a new bar is opening in the old Musical Box space. It is reportedly owned by the same people. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

7) Fort Greene: Brownstoner learns that the owners of Abistro are expanding into the former bar Cellars on the corner of Vanderbilt and Dekalb Avenues within the next month. [PLYWOOD]
