Restaurants of Yore

2011_01_grimes.jpgOn Friday, Voice critic Robert Sietsema ran a list of the top ten all time best, or most important, restaurants in New York City's history. Now, the Times' resident restaurant historian and the author of the wonderful Appetite City files a response, listing his own top ten going up to 1960. On his list: Schrafft's, The Four Seasons, The Brussels, Café Nicholson, Jack's, and more. [DJ]
