TACOTIME— Every month for the next year, every location of Mercadito will offer a special taco created by a guest chef. The proceeds for said tacos will go to Share Our Strength. The first taco, from Andrew Carmellini, comes out on October 1. Stephanie Izard, Michael Schwartz, Wylie Dufresne, and Peter Hoffman are also involved. [EaterWire]
