Nino's Positano Ristorante in Midtown (a regular spot for Derek Jeter) agreed to pay $515,000 in back wages to its employees after New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo probed into the restaurant's labor and wage violations. Cuomo found that prep cooks, dishwashers and other employees also were underpaid by more than $100 a week. [WSJ]
