For those who missed Steve Cuozzo's Post column yesterday announcing that the understated upscale Greek restaurant Anthos would reopen as a "high-end beefery," no worries. The new proprietor, a brother to the owners of Ben & Jack's Steakhouse, is making sure that no one misses what's going in here.
