Today at noon, the Rockefeller Center location of Steve Hanson's uber popular burger joint Bill's Bar & Burger was unleashed upon the hungry hordes of Midtown. And according to the experts on the scene, there's a wait, but it's not too crowded. No guarantees it will stay like that when it's not so craptastic outside.
At this much bigger version—it clocks in at 10,000 square feet and covers two floors—of the potential mini-chain, expect the same roster of burgers plus sandwiches, salads, a whole section of lettuce cups, hot dogs, and starters like shrimp, spinach and artichoke dip, and jalapeno bombs. So, it's kind of like TGI Fridays but from Steve Hanson, and, we presume, cooler and tastier. See more coverage here.
