Pig Island, a giant celebration of local pork and craft beer, takes place on Governor's Island on October 2. A slew of chefs from restaurants including Double Crown, Porchetta, Butter, Nuela and more will each prepare a whole hog for the crowds.
The full menu is below, and tickets ($75 - 85) can be bought here. 20 chefs, 84 pigs, two Bluegrass bands, and lots and lots of beer.
