Yesterday, the Times ran a piece about a new Farmers Market in the poor neighborhood of Roosevelt Long Island. It's just one of the new markets aimed at areas with high obesity rates and little in the way of fresh food. Meanwhile, the paper also had an article on Holton Farms, the Vermontt CSA that works as a Fresh Direct of sorts for yuppie green buildings in Manhattan. [NYT]
