1) West Village: Flex Mussels, the Upper East Side seafood restaurant, is now open for dinner in their new West Village location, sporting an identical menu to that of its older sibling. Status: Certified open; 154 W. 13th St., 212-229-0222.
2) Bushwick: Momo Sushi Shack, a Japanese tapas and sushi place, is now open for dinner only from Tuesday through Sunday though they hope to add lunch and takeout (but not delivery) in the next month. Status Certified open; 43 Bogart St., 718-418-MOMO.
3) Midtown: New York Magazine reports that Las Vegas import Lavo, an Italian restaurant and nightclub, is now open in the former Au space, across the street from Tao which also happens to be from the same owners. The executive chef here is Top Chef alum Manuel Treviño, formerly of Dos Caminos and, most recently, Travertine. 4) Chelsea: A 120-seat location of the 'wichcraft chain is now open in the Starrett-Lehigh Building and will offer dinner service along with a full bar. Status: Certified open; 601 W. 26th St., 212-780-0577.
