Noah Tepperberg says that he doesn't need the nightclub beneath the soon to open Lavo to be a celebrity hot spot, explaining that this midtown mecca will depend more on professionals and moneyed business travelers than boldfaced names. Tepperberg says "it’s a really grown-up place. The crowd that will go there to dance will be glamorous, but it won’t just be young and beautiful.” They are always trying to open grown up places, aren't they? [NYT]
