Luke Holden Makes Lobster Rolls On TV, Charms the Ladies

Clearly Luke Holden, of Luke’s Lobster, has made it: a year after opening his tiny EVill sandwich shop, it expands to the Upper East Side, the exploits of the shop and its owners become the subject of a column in GQ, and now he’s getting his cheeks pinched by Kathie Lee Gifford during a morning cooking show segment. Holden stopped by the Today Show this morning to demonstrate how to make his signature Maine lobster roll — Kathie Lee and Hoda chatted him up like it was a Memorial Day block party, and he was the kid from the cul-de-sac, back from college. They grow up so fast!
