Flo Fab reports that the new Japanese restaurant Cobi Levy (formerly of Charles restaurant) is opening in the old Honmura An space will be called Niko instead of Commodore. As mentioned earlier, Raj Dixit is handling the non-sushi fare, while Hiro Sawatari is in charge of sushi. Sushi specialist Trevor Corson is consulting. Update: Josh DeChellis, who was once named as a consultant, is a partner in the restaurant. [DJ]
