Peels, the new Bowery restaurant from Freemans owners Taavo Somer and William Tigertt, opened (!) at 7:30 AM this morning. It'll be open until 5 PM tonight, per the above signage, selling pastries (bespoke artisanal pastries, we imagine) and coffee. They say the full breakfast/lunch service is scheduled to debut "sometime this week."
