For this dinner for 250, Daniel Boulud, Terrance Brennan, Tom Colicchio, Michael Lomonaco, Alfred Portale and Laurent Tourondel will each be paired with a producer of naturally raised meat and poultry, and will each make a dish. 100 percent of proceeds will benefit Food Bank for New York City, and Share Our Strength.
