Aureole's Chris Lee Heads to Miami to Consult on Eden

Miami's Short Order blog recently reported that Top Chef contestant Andrea Curto-Randazzo sold her struggling Miami restaurant Talula. It will reopen in October as Eden, "a new restaurant concept from a high-powered team out of Las Vegas." And who will be there behind the stoves? None other than Aureole's Chris Lee, consultant extraordinaire and recent Shitshow Week Allstar. The wording is somewhat vague, but it looks like he is leaving Charlie Palmer for this new endeavor. The article puts it this way: "Currently, he is working for Charlie Palmer in New York, before heading to Miami to helm Eden..."
Update: Folks at Aurole reveal that he is just consulting on this project, not leaving New York for it. He will be "advising" on the opening menu and that's it.
