Not everyone is excited about the new protected bike lanes in the East Village. The owner of Ginger, a sushi spot on 1st Ave, says it's now hard to get deliveries since trucks can't park out front. And apparently, a lot of his customers drive in: "We used to have 10 parking spots [on this block]; now we’re down to two." [The Villager]
