Recently, OpenTable launched a Groupon-like deal feature where diners can buy discounted meals ahead of time. As is the case with Groupon, one wouldn't expect marquee or high-end restaurants to be among the first participants. Not that Gordon Ramsay at the London is really marquee.
Says one tipster who forwarded the deal to Eater, "Guess Gordon Ramsay at the London is continuing to spiral down the proverbial shitter..." While another blogger exclaims, "Mr. Ramsay, how could you let this happen? 50% off ?!" To be fair, Ramsay has been long gone from that place for the better part of a year.
And for the record, the deal has sold out.
