Chris Santos of Stanton Social isn't just opening a giant new restaurant on the Lower East Side. He's also writing a cookbook, planning a line of chefs' wear that is "very young, tattoo-inspired," and dreaming up a casual "fun rock 'n' roll" restaurant to open next year.
