The mushroom mousse from her restaurant Dirt Candy was voted the most similar "in taste and texture to real foie gras." Which means that somewhere there is a guilt-ridden panel of PETA-selected judges who ate some foie for the sake of comparison. [TONY, PETA via Eater National]
