Nuela, the Flatiron South American restaurant that has been delayed for over two years, that has been in two Dining Section fall preview roundups, will finally open next Monday, according to Flo Fab and Urban Daddy. It's a 200 seat restaurant and ceviche bar headed up by chef Adam Schop in the former Sapa space.
Two things that are awesome about this place: 1) The tag line on the window (above), and 2) this line from the press release: "Nuela will encapsulate the excitement and energy of South American cuisine with an urban sabor." Win. Click through to the Daddy for the interior shots and make those resys here.
