WILLIAMSBURG— Some musicians and a 'wichcraft alum are opening a Cajun restaurant within the Williamsburg dive bar Honeychiles: "On the menu are jambalaya, crawfish, and vegetarian po'boys, with daily specials of game meat like gator and pheasant."
