Anita Lo Cuts Ties with Rickshaw Dumpling Bar/Truck

Flo Fab reports that Anita Lo, the New York chef and Top Chef Masters alum, is leaving Rickshaw Dumpling Bar, a restaurant and now food truck that she co-founded five years ago.

She tells Flo that she wants to focus more on Annisa, her newly reborn restaurant that is currently collecting accolades from critics across the city. It's not so surprising, since her star is rising once again and the dumplings are not exactly the city's best. She's also working on a cookbook.
