"Angelo Sosa, owner of Xie Xie in Hell’s Kitchen, decided that it isn’t that important to keep the restaurant’s air circulating or his patrons cool on a sweltering Manhattan day. Apparently saving on voltage is more important than keeping his counter staff and customers alike from drowning in their own perspiration. Good news: Angelo looks sharp in his designer deep v t-shirt and cell phone glued to his ear." [Complaints Dept.]
