Flo Fab reports that when new restaurant Bell Book & Candle opens on Greenwich Ave. and 10th St. this fall over 60 percent of the produce will come from the restaurant's farm on the roof. Chef John Mooney and partner Mick O'Sullivan are growing over 70 kinds of fruits, vegetables and herbs and lower them down to the street using a pulley system.
