5) Carroll Gardens: Brownstoner reveals details about the tapas bar coming to 520 Court St. There's a name, Palo Cortado, and tables are already set up inside. [PLYWOOD]

6) Gramercy: Per the tipline: "A burger joint looks to be opening in the near future on 3rd ave between 19th and 20th -- called Truffle. They have the menu posted out front which has kobe beef burgers and black truffle fries. It could be good or it could be over-the-top crap.
