2) Cobble Hill: Brownstoner reports that Cafe Ribant, a year-old restaurant that was called Cafe Mei Mei before a trademark snafu, is for rent. The owner is seeking $125,000 i in key money. [Brownstoner]

3) Midtown: The owners of City Burger confirms to Midtown Lunch that the business has been sold. A schnitzel shop will open in its place on Broadway between 40th and 41st streets. [ML]

4) Williamsburg: Zagat hears that Williamsburg Cajun restaurant and bar Lazy Catfish has closed, and its phone number is disconnected. The restaurant was shuttered by the DOH in both 2008 and 2009. Update: A broker reveals that a new operator has already signed a ten year lease on the space, "my guess at $7,000 per month like LC was paying last (they were month to month before closing)."
