Sorry New York: No Fat Tire For You

Fat Tire beer in New York sounded too good to be true, and it turns out that it is. The soon to open BLT Bar and Grill at the W Downtown was planning on being the first New York bar to serve New Belgium's Fat Tire, but apparently no one told that to New Belgium, who are still refusing to bring their products to the Northeast part of the country. Rather than run afoul of the SLA, BLT has smartly decided to pull the plug before the first Fat Tire pint was poured.
