Teary Shutter Signage

A few days after the shuttering of well-loved Williamsburg diner Relish, the owner posts a long goodbye to its regulars: "I love this community. And I love the people who worked for me throughout the last 10 1/2 years. I apologize to everyone for Relish's imperfections." She doesn't explain why it closes, simply stating, "Life is change, right? And you gotta sleep sometime, don't ya?" [Gothamist]
