Psilakis to Relocate Gus & Gabriel's and Open New Concept

Grub Street reports that chef Michael Psilakis is closing his Upper West Side gastropub Gus & Gabriel's this August and plans on reopening it elsewhere. He will open a new concept in the former Gus & Gabriel's space, which was also once home to Psilakis previous ventures Kefi and Onera.

It's been quite the busy year for the chef, who is purportedly still planning a space in Williasmburg (a potential beer garden) and went through a recent split with business partner Donatella Arpaia with their restaurants Anthos and Mia Dona.
