dogmeatplatter.jpgA tipster who attended an early preview of Eddie Huang's Xiao Ye brings word and photographic evidence that one of the dishes on the menu, "Everything But the Dog Meat," is actually served in a dog bowl. That's right, a massive pile of pork belly, ox tail, pork ribs and beef short ribs, served in a vessel made for Fido. Huang's blog also has pictures and the reasoning for the delayed opening.
