It looks like the folks from International Bar are looking to expand their First Avenue empire, as they have reportedly snatched up the recently closed Lily Coogan's space. The expansion is a real neighborhood success story for the long time East Village residents who brought the International back to life after it had been closed for two years, and apparently have found enough success to add another location.
