Marquee the nightclub has filed a lawsuit against AMC Cinemas, alleging that their plans to open a Marquee restaurant attached to a Las Vegas movie theater is an infringement on their trademark. The New York based nightclub feels that the hot dogs served by AMC do not meet the "chic, upscale appearance, style, service and clientele of a trend setting, stand-alone nightclub" like Marquee. Both movie theaters and the club are willing to let anyone inside. [NY Post]
