Brooklyn Heights Blog reports that the Calexico Cart, one of the first food vendors at the new Brooklyn Bridge Park, is open selling burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. The Blue Marble Ice Cream cart is expected to open later this month or in August. [BHB]
