HARLEM— A group of Harlem marketing men tired of the takeout options in the nabe have launched Harlem Delivers, a DIY delivery operation now working with four area restaurants. The goal is to increase the list to 30 - 50 restos and market to the big new developments between 145th Street and 149th Sts. and Frederick Douglass Boulevard to Edgecombe Avenue. [Grub Street]

NOLITA—The Little Cupcake Bakeshop, a cupcakerie in deep Brooklyn, is opening a branch in Nolita on the southeast corner of Prince and Mott Streets.
