LITTLE ITALY—Salvatore Esposito, the owner of Little Italy staple Il Cortile is selling the two buildings that house the restaurant. Luckily, he's hoping to lease the restaurant from the new owners. [WSJ]

WEST VILLAGE—The new location of The Pink Tea Cup, the old timer soul food joint that closed in January and is opening mere blocks away under new ownership, is open. And now it's called The Famous Pink Tea Cup. [Twitter]
