The Cuozz notes that some of the once exclusive and snooty eateries in New York have democratized of late. Monkey Bar is sometimes empty and populated with tourists, while Le Caprice is on OpenTable and is participating in restaurant week: "While Monkey Bar seems to have adjusted to market realities, Le Caprice scrambled to avoid being just over.
