This morning on the Today Show, Giada De Laurentiis made the big trip across the Williamsburg Bridge to meet with the gals behind fried chicken phenom, Pies ‘N’ Thighs to feature them in her new segment "Giada's Gems." Giada is impressed by the food from these three “rising stars in the food world,” but she’s particularly fascinated by the name of the restaurant. As Sarah Buck explains, “We had tons of doubts. I had to pass it by my parents until I was convinced that it was appropriate.”
