The Downtown Express asks various downtown chefs how they're dealing with the high price and limited quantity of Gulf Shrimp after the BP oil spill. Some are worried they'll have to switch to farm raised products while others now go to the Hunt's Point market to get shrimp from Asia and Latin America.
