Finally, someone has published a guide to New York roof bars that categorizes each bar by its distance from the ground. Closest to the ground is Berry Park, where guests imbibe just 15 feet in the air. At the opposite end of the chart is the new Sky Room at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, a gigantic bi-level space that is a vertigo-inducing 400 feet above Times Square.
