David Burke's Bowlmor Space Will be Called the Gray Lady

According to a press release, David Burke's massive restaurant within the even more massive new Bowlmor Lanes, opening in the old New York Times building this fall, will be called The Gray Lady. He will employ his "innovative and playful culinary expertise" to create the menu, which, as mentioned, will be available in the restaurant, to go, and on the 50 bowling lanes. But that's not all. The new Bowlmor will feature seven themed bowling areas "each representing important time periods or locations in New York City," two nightclubs, and an event ballroom. Times Square knows how to do it up right.
